Leadership Training and Development Identified as Top Priority by CEOs

A 2011 research report from The Conference Board CEO Challenge of 2011 highlighted just how important leadership training and development is today. The CEOs, globally, gave their highest priority to the strategy of improving leadership development programs and growing talent internally. The next two highest priorities, in order, are enhancing the effectiveness of their senior management teams, and providing employees with training and development.
